With over 25 years of aviation and transportation finance expertise, Scott has built and led industry-leading divisions at Stellwagen Capital, ECN Capital/Capital Corp, and Credit Suisse. Renowned for structuring major deals and launching top leasing companies, he’s a driving force in railcar and aircraft finance.

Dzhamal is a seasoned digital strategist with over a decade of experience in driving innovation across the tech and mobility sectors. At Splyt, he was instrumental in ensuring top-tier quality and performance, playing a key role in delivering scalable solutions that supported the company’s expansion into over 2,000 cities worldwide. At Avisoma, Dzhamal leads digital transformation initiatives, leveraging his expertise in developing reliable digital ecosystems and forging strategic partnerships that drive business growth.

Fahd H. Cynndy is a multidimensional business leader with over two decades of impactful leadership across aviation, logistics, energy, and emerging ventures. As Managing Director of Saudia Technic, he oversees global positioning and strategic partnerships, including the MRO Village project. He previously served as CEO of Saudi Ground Services (SGS). His governance roles include Chairman of Rotortrade KSA, Vice Chairman of The Helicopter Company (THC), and a board member of AviLease. Fahd is also a Founding Partner of Reaction VC. He holds an MBA from HKUST, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and is a Stanford GSB Executive Program alumnus.

Fredrik Jonsberg is a Partner in the Merchant Banking team at Stanhope Capital, a leading global institutional and private wealth managment firm. With over 25 years of expertise in corporate strategy, capital markets, and investment advisory, he serves as an Independent Board Member at Avisoma. Fredrik brings extensive experience engaging with institutional and sovereign investors, honed through leadership roles, including Head of Markets for the UK at SEB and Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Securities Group, where he traded European equity securities. He also co-founded an FCA-regulated hedge fund platform and served as a Portfolio Manager. Fredrik provides critical governance and strategic insight, particularly from a capital markets perspective, to support Avisoma’s growth in the global engine leasing market.
