Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Dubai-based entrepreneur Philipp Mintchin is dedicated to turning big ideas into global impact. As the founder of Splyt, he grew the startup to 150+ employees and expanded into 2,000 cities worldwide. After a successful exit in 2023, he co-founded Avisoma, which has already become a trusted name in aviation. Philipp also serves on the board of Upall and is a proud father of three. He is passionate about empowering other entrepreneurs and fostering meaningful global connections.

A skilled entrepreneur fluent in four languages, Marc has built a career launching and growing businesses across industries. He gained a broad international perspective while studying in Spain, which has shaped his approach to leadership and innovation. Currently a board member at Upall—a joint venture with the Scottish timber company James Jones and Sons—Marc focuses on driving growth and new ideas. Before co-founding Avisoma, he was an early investor in Splyt, where he played a key leadership role and helped guide its successful exit to Kakao Mobility.
